I went in with the expectation that it was going to be hard to find a car. I owed on my trade in and it was a very old car and I needed something more up to date and reliable. I went into their store and was greeted with absolute kindness and care from Rocio Pacheco who talked and chatted with us and really listened. The manager, JR was also awesome in navigating and finding cars from other lots and working with Rocio to help me find the car I wanted. I also want to shout of Lacey who helped break down my options and financing and Robert Alvery who broke everything down and helped me get the best financial experience I could get. Thanks to all of you!
This was a great buying experience. JR and Angel were very helpful. Both listened to what I wanted and the price point I was looking for. They didn’t try to sell me something that I didn’t want. McKenzie was amazing! She returned calls and texts and emails immediately and was always very helpful with any questions we had. Even if it was after hours. Financing and the paperwork was/is not quite as easy( we are still dealing with getting the needed paperwork for DMV the dealership. That is why I gave 4 stars. But if you ever work with them, please try to get McKenzie!

I started shopping for a car for quite a while and tracking prices and features that I wanted. I kept circling back to a few at Dahle used automart. The one I initially wanted turned out to have issues and the refreshing part is I wasn’t forced into it. During the process I was shown other options and all at extremely competitive prices. I settled on the car I wanted and the salesperson I worked with was fantastic and the only reason I took the time to write this review. It was a quality experience and the salesperson was Makenzie Mathesius. She was honest and did not try to hide anything or rush me through the numbers. I left for the first time not feeling buyers remorse or that I took the purchase in the keister. Go to her if you want a great deal and experience.
