Isaac was great getting us a car for our college student. He gets 10 out of 5 stars. Unfortunately the back of house not so much. We didn’t finance the car so finance person was very vague in paperwork & next steps. Didn’t give us a temp tag to drive it off the lot (told us we need to print one online, which isn’t true when purchased from a dealer), told us we had everything to go to dmv which wasn’t true. After our first trip to the dmv, we needed more paperwork. Three phone calls and an email to dealership with zero response. The title finally gets delivered to our house (even though they told me it wasn’t available but was transferred electronically to the dmv) so another in person appointment at the dmv. If you don’t finance your car, make sure you get clear answers to your questions about next steps and don’t drive off the lot without a temp tag. And per state regs, they have 48 hours to provide an original title.

I worked with Kaden and he was extremely helpful from the get go. From answering within minutes from the initial question, to making sure I was fully equipped driving out the lot. Everyone was kind, friendly, and professional. Making sure all my questions were answered, and that my family and I were happy with our new vehicle. I went in not knowing what to expect and I have never dealt with a dealership that had me in and out in two hours exceeding my expectations.

I had a great experience. They were very friendly and helpful. Isaac was my sales rep; I recommend him 100%, he should be employee of the month. Thanks for the new car.

When it comes to buying a car it is always a daunting task but if you want to have an awesome experience I would highly recommend Kaden and Fili at Dahle. They went above and beyond to explain every detail on the Tesla I was considering buying with confidence! They were considerate to do it at a rate appropriate for an almost 50 year old woman and respected all my requests. Cannot say enough about how amazing they both were to work with!!!

Had a frustrating first visit due to unexpected fees and poor communication with the previous staff. But Devin and Isaac really came through and turned things around. They were upfront, respectful, and willing to work with me to make the deal fair. I appreciated how they handled everything and followed through on their word. If you go here, ask for Devin or Isaac — they’ll take care of you.
